Patients with cardiovascular disease are suitable for aerobic exercise such as brisk walking, preferably 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time, reaching 150 minutes of exercise per week. Brisk walking is suitable for walking and sweating, and is very useful for cardiovascular health.

Three knee lift exercises:

1. "Lift your knees"
Put your hands on your hips and lift your feet in turn, eight times in total

2. "Knee Lift + Hand Stretch"
Straighten your hands and raise them high, lift your feet in turn, and lower your hands at the same time. Do this eight times in total.

3. "Enhanced version"
First raise your right hand, then raise your left knee, and then lightly touch your left knee with your right hand. Do this eight times in total, and then switch to the other side.
