Future Salad Rewards - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to join the Future Salad Member Rewards Program！ 

Future Salad membership is governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering as a member of Future Salad, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Membership

1.1 . Eligibility

  1. The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or above. For the avoidance of doubt, the Programme is only open to individuals. There is no joining fee, but Future Salad reserves the right to decline any application for membership in its sole discretion without giving any reasons, and such decision shall be final and conclusive.
  2. Membership of the Programme is non-sellable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Future Salad reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member at its sole discretion without providing any reason. Once the membership is terminated, any cash rebates and membership benefits accumulated by the member will be immediately forfeited.

1.2. Join Membership

  1. Register as member in Future Salad (Hong Kong) Official Website (futuresalad.com.hk) and you will automatically participate in Future Salad reward offers.
  2. Customer must fill in full name, mobile number, email address, birthday date to set up Future Salad member. All registered information should be real, correct, complete, not misleading.
  3. Each mobile number can only be registered by one Member. Any duplicate registration of mobile number or multiple applications of the same Member will not be accepted. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid; otherwise, Allklear shall have the right to suspend or terminate such membership and forfeit all Cashbacks of the Member without any prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, Future Salad shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from Members’ omission, neglect and/or failure to provide their updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data and information.
  4. Member can log in to system via registered email address and customized password.

1.3. Cancel Membership

  1. Please email to info@allklear.com if you wish to cancel your member account. All remaining future dollar will be forfeited once member account has been cancelled. No return or refund will be allowed.
  2. Membership will be terminated once cancellation has been confirmed.



2. Future Dollar Reward Program

2.1. Membership Levels

  1. Future Salad membership is divided into three levels: (i) Diamond, (ii) Gold and (iii) Silver.
  2. (i) Members who accumulate spending of HK$2,500 on the official Hong Kong website will automatically become Silver members.
    (ii) When the accumulated spending reaches HK$10,000, you will be automatically upgraded to Gold level membership.
    (iii) When the accumulated spending reaches HK$30,000, you will be automatically upgraded to Diamond level membership.
  3. After logging in to your membership account, Gold members can use the designated discount code to obtain a 25% discount on the entire store on the official Hong Kong website. The discount code must be entered before checkout. Our store does not accept subsequent discount codes.
  4. After logging in to your membership account, Diamond members can use the designated discount code to obtain a 30% discount on the entire store at Hong Kong Official Website. The discount code must be entered before checkout. Our store does not accept subsequent discount codes.
  5. Future Salad will notify you via email separately of all offers and discounts for Gold and Diamond members. If you have any questions about member discounts, please feel free to contact our customer service department.

2.2. Future Dollar Validity

  1. (i) Members who spend HK$2,500 or more on the website (reaching Silver level membership) will receive a $150 Future Dollar spending rebate.
    (ii) When the accumulated spending reaches HK$10,000 (gold level membership), you will receive a one-time additional rebate of $500 Future Dollar.
    (iii) When the accumulated spending reaches HK$30,000 (reaching Diamond level membership), you will receive a one-time additional rebate of $1,500 Future Dollar.
  2. All eligible Future Dollars will be automatically credited to the member's account within two working days after consumption.
  3. In the event of a refund, the Future Dollar earned for the relevant consumption will be deducted from the member's account and updated.
  4. Future Salad reserves the right to change the current rate of earning Future Dollars at its sole discretion without providing any notice.

2.3. Future Dollar Validity

  1. The validity period of Future Dollar is 365 days from the day of eligible purchase.
  2. Member must use the Future Dollar on Allklear's official website within the validity period of the Future Dollar, and all Future Dollars that are not used after the expiration date will be automatically forfeited.

2.4. Future Dollar Redemption

  1. Future Salad’s spending cash rebate program is only applicable to Future Salad Hong Kong official website (futuresalad.com.hk).
  2. If members want to redeem Future Dollar, they can enter the Future Dollar number in the Future Dollar column during checkout.
  3. Future Dollar can be used together with discount code.
  4. If you choose to use Future Dollar for this transaction, the Future Dollar balance in your account will be prioritized for the order. If the balance is insufficient, the member can pay the balance by other payment methods (credit card and bank transfer).
  5. If the member does not log in to the account to complete the purchase process, the transaction is not eligible for the consumer cash rebate plan, and any Future Dollar cannot be repaid. 
  6. Future Dollar has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Future Dollar cannot be sold to other members and non-members.


3. Others

3.1. Personal Information

  1. The collection, use, transfer, processing, retention and maintenance of Member’s personal data is subject to the Future Salad Customer Privacy Policy, which shall form part of the Terms and Conditions and is available at Privacy Policy. Members should carefully read the terms of the Future Salad Customer Privacy Policy before providing personal data to Future Salad. https://futuresalad.com.hk/policies/privacy-policy

3.2. Change of Program

  1. Members acknowledge that Future Salad shall have the right at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason, to terminate, modify or suspend the operation of the Program or any aspect of the Program including but not limited to membership eligibility, Program rewards and benefits and Future Dollar earning rules.
  2. In case of dispute, Future Salad reserves the right of final decision. Upon termination of the Program, all rights and privileges shall cease (including any unredeemed Future Dollar) and no claim or demand of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising shall be made or capable of being made by Members against Future Salad in connection with termination of the Program.

3.3. General Terms

  1. This (including any other document referred to in the Terms and Conditions) is the entire agreement between Members and Future Salad.
